Sergio had his Grand Prix debut this Sunday, participating in the Virtual F1 of Spain. He placed 14th as part of the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team, joined by Alex Albon who placed 4th. The definitive holder of the pole position was British pilot George Russell, of 22 years of age, as part of the Williams ensemble. A turbulent qualifier that awarded Sergio the 17th position in the grid, but throughout 33 laps he was able to move ahead 3 positions. Other football players joined the race as well, including Thibaut Courtois (Belgium), goalkeeper for the Real Madrid of Spain, and Arthur (Brazil), who plays for Barcelona. Out of the roster of professional F1 pilots, it featured the participation of Charles Leclerc, Alex Albon, Lando Norris, and Esteban Gutierrez, test pilot for Mercedes Benz.
