Kun and Kru Padel: Hexagon Cup champions

The city of Madrid just hosted one of the largest padel tennis competitions in the world – the Hexagon Cup, a tournament that brings together the best players of the present for a team-based challenge. The representatives of Kun's Kru team couldn't have wished for a better debut. Kun's team ramped up their performance in the grand finals, a series of consecutive games culminating with their victory against the Rafael Nadal Academy.

The first leg of the series went to Rafa Nadal's side, as they took a tightly contested Women's round. Gemma Triay and Martita Ortega met their match in Claudia Jensen and Vero Virseda, who came out on top 7-6, 5-7, and then 13-11 in the super tiebreak.

Kru's rally began in the Men's round, with Momo Gonzalez and Fede Chingotto winning 6-4 / 6-4 vs. Alex Ruiz and Franco Stupaczuk.

The championship decider was the Next Gen round. Agueda Perez (2007) and Marina Lobo (2003) won the crucial match against Noemi Aguilar (2006) and Noa Canovas (2004) with a resounding 6-3 / 6-4.

Kun joined the whole staff of Kru in the celebration of this great feat, highlighting the grit and talent shown by his team on their first foray of this competition. Sergio shared the following message on social media:
